Hartford Public Schools will be redesigning for educational excellence, equity and sustainability. Breakthrough Magnet School- North will be restructuring as part of this redesign.  In June of 2017, the Hartford Public Schools voted on the Educational Specifications of the Martin Luther King Jr. building, which included Breakthrough North restructuring to a Prek- Grade 5 magnet school.
